Dire again

LIttle can be said about this dire performance. As usual a cross into the box was left to bobble around and was slowly poked home in the 10th min yet Santos did little to suggest they would score. Gerry Brady and Paddy Parker battled and passed but apart from these two and the usual tireless running of Manus O Gorman and Conor Mc Carthy there was nothing on offer. Passing was poor ans a lack of any fight disturbing. So the chance to leap to 4th place was wasted as the season looks set to trundle out disappointingly after the exciting start.
